2. Food consumption is less than 1%

Delivery of your Order: Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by us and are only estimates. We cannot guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.
Payment authorisation: Where any payment you make is not authorised, your Order will not be processed or communicated to us by the card payment provider. If your payment is rejected, please call us to process payment over the phone if its possible.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as you have received your order. We cannot accept refund requests after one hour of delivery.
